Creamy Spring Fruit Salad Recipe!

CREAMY FRUIT SALAD

1 8 oz. cream cheese

¼ cup powdered sugar

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

2 cups peach slices

1 teaspoon lemon rind

2 cups blueberries

½ cup whipped cream

2 cups grapes, seedless

2 Tablespoons chopped nuts

Combine cream cheese, juice and rind, mix till blended. Beat whipped cream till it peaks and is stiff. Gradually add sugar. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Chill. Layer fruit in a 2 ½ quart bowl. Spoon cream cheese mixture over fruit, sprinkle with nuts. Chill.
