Curb Records Country star DYLAN SCOTT is getting busy with a brand new single, releasing the unforgettable party anthem “Nothing To Do Town” today (11/16). Now available via all digital service providers, the track will no doubt add to Scott’s 520 million total career streams, and also serves as the name of his upcoming headline tour.
Co-written by the proven hitmaker with John Taylor and Matt Alderman, “Nothing To Do Town” is a propulsive Friday-night jam, built on the nostalgic memories of small town youth looking to make their own fun. With feel-good guitars, new-school beats and Scott’s distinctive vocal presence leading the charge, the track was produced by Alderman, Curt Gibbs, and Jim Ed Norman.
“I’m really excited about the release of my new single ‘Nothing To Do Town’,” shared Scott. “Growing up in a very small town in Northeast Louisiana we had to create our own entertainment since we didn’t have malls or movie theaters. That is what this song is all about and I wouldn’t trade the way I grew up for anything. I know there are going to be a lot of people who hear the song and feel the same way I do.”
An energizing lyric video for “Nothing To Do Town” is also out today, and the track follows Scott’s Top 5 radio smash – the GOLD-certified “Hooked” – plus the PLATINUM-certified success of his breakout #1 hit “My Girl.”
