Your ad will process
more efficiently if you supply us with digital files abiding by production
guidelines.
Deadlines:
Ad materials are due to the production coordinator by the 15th of
the month prior to publication. When the materials due date falls
on a non business day, electronic files are due the preceding business
day. Country Line Magazine is not responsible for reproduction quality
if the materials are received after the materials deadline.

Production Guidelines:
Producing Ad:

File Type: Please prepare your ad for submission as a PDF or TIFF file. Ads created in other applications
may be subject to an art fee for recreation. All advertising will
be charged a one-time setup charge of $56 unless the ad is camera-ready
to CLM specifications.

Image Resolution: Files containing text should be High Resolution ONLY - NO WEB IMAGES -

Colors: Use process CMYK colors (not RGB, spot or index colors).
Do not embed color profiles in image files. Half-tones are $15 each.

In-House Art: If CLM produces your ad, a proof will
be faxed to you as soon as possible for your approval. If the proof
sheet is not returned within 24 hours, the artwork is considered approved
and will run as is in the magazine.

Changes: Ad changes start at $56, 1 hour minimum.
Sending
Us Your Ad:
We will accept your ad via e-mail or upload on our FTP site.
Please scan your file with a virus checker before you send it.
THIS IS IMPORTANT: In
addition to your file, please enclose your production contact information
(include cell phone after hours numbers) so that we may
contact you with any questions. E-mail your ad to ads@countrylinemagazine.com.

Out of town advertisers may request
bulk shipping at an additional charge of $10 per 100.
Problems:
If we encounter a minor problem with your ad, we will attempt
to fix it and let you know what the problem was. If we cannot fix
it, we will ask you to correct the problem and submit it via e-mail
assuming our deadline permits it. The most common problems include
sending the wrong file type, incorrect ad size, images that are too
low resolution and missing fonts.
